Waste Management offers a Christmas tree pickup service for individual units between 01/02/2025 through 01/15/2025 for the cost is $18.50 per tree. Residents can reach out to 952-460-8696 to schedule, identify address and pay individually.
FYI - should you miss the deadline, or choose not to take advantage of the pickup service, there are other proper ways of disposing the tree (see below). They will not be picked up in the normal trash/waste pickup or in any container in the community-waste shed, nor should they be dumped anywhere on or near Regency Parc Condominium Association property.
But first, a few universal rules:
No decorations: Get all ornaments, lights, plastic wrap, tinsel and other decorative items off the tree.
Avoid the compost pile: It might sound counter-intuitive, but putting the old tree out in the woods or into your compost pile can allow damaging, invasive pests to flourish. That includes elongated hemlock scale, boxwood blight, Oriental bittersweet, gypsy moth, brown marmorated stink bug, spotted lantern fly, and Japanese maple scale, the Department of Agriculture says.
Wreaths and decorative greens usually go to the trash: These generally can't be repurposed the same way a real Christmas tree can, though some sites will take them.
Real trees only: None of the options below apply to artificial trees. The most responsible option there is to donate or sell those items if they're in decent condition.

New Organics and Yard-Waste service within the newly reorganized Community Waste Shed.
The community pool is closed until 2026 Memorial Day Weekend.
It was nice to see both familiar and some new faces at the Annual Association Meeting, Tuesday August 5th. Hopefully those that attended managed to take in the perspective of the surrounding area from the 4th floor suite of Rypen Furniture, nibble on some snacks, and spend a little time together.
Once we barely reached our quorum the board held the annual elections and elected a new member to the board, Alex Bohn. Welcome Alex Bohn as Vice-President! Brad Perrin-Smith continues as President, and Tim Wolfe as Treasurer.
Annual Reports were given and a special shout out to Tim Wolfe, currently filling in as Treasurer, for the nice presentation of our current finances!
For more detail, check out the minutes of the meeting in RowCal's Homeowner Portal.
Board of Directors
Regency Parc Condominium Association
My apologies for the late timing of this post, I had created it in August but neglected to refresh while posting and just became aware of it. (bps)

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Regency Parc Homeowner Association, I would personally like to share my sincere appreciation for the steadfast service and professional guidance Maureen Doolan provided to the board as our past Treasurer. I know my fellow board members feel the same and share in a big thank you!
I cannot begin to list all her contributions throughout her term, though I can say that the reason our budget is in a healthy state is due to her diligent work as treasurer and holding all of us (the Board and Management) accountable. But accounting is not her only strength. It is because of Maureen and Kirsten’s collaborative work that we have a boost in our budget by handling the repair and sale of the community unit.
We are truly appreciative of the time, energy, and attention to detail you have given to the community.
Thank you, Maureen.
President & the Board of Directors
Regency Parc Condominium Association
On behalf of the Homeowner Association, the Board of Directors, and the community of Regency Parc, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to David Magare for his dedicated service and invaluable contributions as a member of the Board.
Volunteering to be a member of any condominium association board can be a complex juggling act of time, energy, and commitment, especially when personal and family schedules these days can be so encompassing. David’s willingness to volunteer and step in when we experienced a vacancy on the Board, and then to stay on for an extra term, allowed us to weather a difficult time of transition. For this, we are truly thankful for the time and effort he has invested.
As David departs from the Board of Directors, please know that his presence and input will be remembered fondly. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors and hope that he will continue to be an active and engaged member of our community.
Thank you for your service, David.
Board of Directors
Regency Parc Condominium Association
Our community thanks the residents who helped clean up Regency Parc on Earth Day 2025. It was a pleasant and inspiring evening.
Thank you:
Caitlin, Robert, Bruce, Sophie, Maureen, Tim, David & Family.
This supports an important interpretation that the relationship between homeowners, board members, and tenants, requires effort, respect, civility, responsibility, and staying informed.
The Board is interested in guiding the association in a positive and sustainable direction. We ask that you be involved; come to meetings; help keep our property cared for; befriend your neighbors; and know and follow our rules, regulations, and standards. For whatever reason you have chosen to live here, we together make up Regency Parc (homeowners and tenants) and the association benefits as such.
RowCal, our Association's Management Company, has assigned a new community manager to Regency Parc, Joseph (Joey) Valento.
You should have received an email from Mr. Valento sharing his enthusiasm for the opportunity to work with Regency Parc.
As he stated, if you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to the RowCal Care Team. They will ensure your messages are directed to him for prompt assistance.
Information in contacting RowCal can be found in the top menu under "Contact".
Welcome Joey!
As of January 1st, Southview Design began as our new Landscaping & Snow Removal Contractor. We are looking forward to their experience and expertise in the upcoming year.
From their website: "In business since 1978, Southview has grown to be one of the largest full-service landscape providers in the country (top 100 since 2016) with over 200 Employees. Extensive industry expertise shared amongst our staff and a highly communicative customer approach has carried us to the top of our market".
In November the board approved a budget for 2025, which included various adjustments for increases in liability insurance, landscaping, trash removal, but most importantly, the need to increase and maintain proper reserve funds for upcoming or emergency projects. Therefore it was determined that the HOA dues would need to increase to $399.00.
The Need for the Restricted Parking:
In the past, the Association has been charged thousands of dollars, beyond the contracted service to remove abnormal snow amounts. This happened because they had few options to dispose of the snow. The Board worked with both the Management company and the Landscaping company to have access to the larger drainage well area at the NW corner of the property, in addition to the less accessible drainage area in the NE corner. This requires both access and storage of plowing equipment. Instead of their suggestion of using all 5 parking spots, the Board reduced it to 3 spots and had the signs installed restricting parking Nov 1 - Mar 31.
FYI - The data - I explained that Regency Parc property only has 73 parking spots serving 86 Condo units and 1 Office building, and that there will always be parking issues at Regency Parc (and past board meeting documents support that). In addition, Monday- Friday approx. 24 spaces are reserved for daytime parking for the Office building, which leaves 49 spots available for weekday guests.
Our Rules and Regulations Section V: Vehicles and Parking Areas has more detail regarding parking:
2. Garages are intended primarily for parking of the Owner/Occupant's personal vehicles. Garages shall not be used for storage or converted to another use to such an extent that it prevents the parking of that Owner/Occupant’s automobiles in that space.
Please see Governing Highlights for more information.
The current parking issue is also compounded by several factors.
some vehicles are too large for the garage or too large to accommodate two vehicles
some residents have more than two vehicles
some residents are in violation of Section V 2 & 3 where they are using the garage for storage
Therefore the number of available guest parking spots on some days is noticeably less.

For those of you who could not make it to the October 21st HOA meeting, I shared that after the annual meeting, where our board membership didn’t change, Kirsten and I exchanged our roles as president and secretary.
It is now my pleasure to be serving as Board President for the next year and I wish to restate my comments and thoughts from the annual meeting, regarding some of the board’s intentions.
We are a small and somewhat unique condominium association, where our association is approximately 18 years old and the property is almost 30 years old. Due to our size and such, our budget is relatively restrictive.
The board has spent several months discussing various strategies, and it is our goal for the board to be more effective, responsive, and transparent. We will communicate better; clarify our stance on rules, regulations, and guidelines; and enforce these in a fair, logical, and consistent manner.
We have also created a Vision/Mission statement and adopted a management structure to uphold these to the best of our ability, to maintain our community as a safe, inclusive, and pleasant place to live with appropriate property values into the future.
