Regency Parc Condominium Association contracts waste disposal services from WM (formally known as Waste Management). 

In addition to refuse collection for the Commercial Office Building, the following services are provided to all 86 individual units in the community: 

• Refuse (weekly)

• Recycling (bi-weekly)

• Organics (weekly)

• Yard-Waste (bi-weekly)

To ensure our community remains clean and environmentally responsible, please follow the guidelines listed on this site. 

Please Note - Section I  #5 of our Governing Rules & Regulations states:

"For health reasons, garbage should be placed in leak-proof garbage bags and deposited in designated garbage receptacles. Garbage and recycling carts may not be placed outside before 5:00 p.m. on the date preceding pick-up and must be stored by 12:00 noon on the following Monday". 

(FYI- Pick up dates for all community-wide services (both weekly or bi-weekly) are scheduled for Fridays, unless preceded by a National Holiday (see WM flyer for Holiday information). The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the integration of services for the Commercial Office and various sporadic Association endeavors. As a result, we now offer, in addition to Refuse and Recycling to individual units, a more comprehensive solution including Organics and Yard Waste within the newly reorganized Community Waste Shed.

Participating in any recycling or disposal programs of waste, be it garbage, plastics, paper, organics, or leaves and garden material - takes a bit of knowledge and planning.
