Based on discussions at our Annual HOA meeting, myself and the board are excited to create several association committees made up of Homeowners and Board Members. We discussed topics ranging from community clean-up, National Night Out, and possibly others. Watch here for a future Google Form to sign up for more information or committee membership.
This site has a calendar where the Board will post various events and schedules. This currently includes our monthly Board Meetings (on the third Monday of the month), and the Waste Management trash and recycling schedule.
This of course, is a very large project. The board and management company are hoping to work out ways of making progress on repairs and financing. The intention of the Board is to strategically identify funding, prioritizing needs, and scheduling effectively. The Board plans for work to commence in the spring.
