As in the past, when weather permits, the Board of Directors will hold off enforcing the parking restrictions in the three spaces between the two signs. Please look here for that information.
When weather or snow crews dictate a change to this status, the Board or Management Company will send an email blast as such.
It is important that residents be aware of the two signs located at the northwest parking spaces (at the end of the main street near the drainage pool between buildings 4 and 6).
These signs between the three right-hand spaces, are there to remind residents that there is to be NO Parking between November 1 - March 31.
During that time, the snow crew will need access to push accumulated snow into the gully, as well as potentially store any plow equipment.
The two left-hand spaces are available for guest parking.
Should weather patterns or snow removal needs dictate, we may announce/post or otherwise alert residents of alterations to these restrictions.
