This year the Board of Directors decided to provide salt for sidewalks and mailbox stations and did so for half the cost landscaping companies charge (and even added more buckets).

Please know that these are placed strategically for shared access, and are there for residents to use on common element sidewalks, steps, and at mailbox stations. They are not intended for streets or inside patios (other than a straight path from sidewalk to front door).

• The salt mixture is 1/2 dog friendly salt and 1/2 less damaging salt.

• Be sure to snugly return the cover, as moisture will clump the salt and make more work for others.

• You should refrain from over salting - the trick is spreading wide & thinly, add sunlight and warmth then let the mixture do it's work.

• The BOD's are monitoring bucket levels and will do out best to restock the bucket.
