In addition to refuse/trash collection for the Commercial Office Building, the following services are provided to all 86 individual units in the community: 

• Refuse/trash (weekly)

• Recycling (bi-weekly/every other week)

• Organics (weekly)

• Yard-Waste (bi-weekly Apr 15-Nov 28)

Residential services (both weekly or bi-weekly) are scheduled for Fridays, unless preceded by a National Holiday (see WM flyer for Holiday information). Office refuse/trash is picked up on Tuesdays.

Please Note - Section I  #5 of our Governing Rules & Regulations states:

"For health reasons, garbage should be placed in leak-proof garbage bags and deposited in designated garbage receptacles. Garbage and recycling carts may not be placed outside before 5:00 p.m. on the date preceding pick-up and must be stored by 12:00 noon on the following Monday". 

Regency Parc, in addition to offering Refuse and Recycling pick-up service at individual units, also offers Organics and Yard-Waste within the Community Waste Shed. Schedules are listed above and on the Calendar.

Participating in any recycling or waste disposal programs, be it garbage, plastics, paper, organics, or leaves and garden material - takes a bit of knowledge and planning.
