An outdoor swimming pool is located on the Common Elements adjacent to the Office Unit and is available for use by all Owners and Occupants, and their guests, subject to these Rules and Regulations.
Owners and Occupants are requested to be considerate of the rights of other persons and to use their best efforts to maintain the Community Facilities and the swimming pool in good, clean and sanitary condition.
The swimming pool is open and available for use seven days a week between Memorial Day and Labor Day, with actual opening/closing dates subject to weather conditions. The hours of 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m are reserved for adult lap swimming. Open swim hours are 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The pool area may be reserved for private resident or office tenants for hosted functions by reservation, with priority based upon the time of application. Residents or office tenants making reservations will be required to pay a fee and a deposit, and to sign an agreement covering the user's obligations for clean-up and related matters.
The pool area is not designed to host functions which generate significant noise or disturbance, since the facilities are located in close proximity to Residential Units and within or adjacent to the Office Unit. If there is any question as to the appropriateness of a function, please check with a Board of member.
For health and safety reasons, children under 14 years of age must be accompanied at all times by the resident parent or adult host when in the pool area. For health reasons, pets, children in diapers, or other persons who are incontinent are not, under any circumstances, allowed in the swimming pool.
Residents are permitted to have five guests per Residential Unit in the Community at any one time. The adult resident host must be present at all times when guest(s) are present.
Resident hosts are responsible at all times for the actions and conduct of their family and guests. All guests are expected to abide by the Rules and Regulations.
Lifeguards are not provided at the pool. All persons use the pool facilities at their own risk. Neither management nor the Association assumes any responsibility for personal injury, loss of life or for loss or damage to personal property.
Lifesaving equipment is for emergency use only and may not be used for other purposes.
Glass items of all descriptions are strictly prohibited in pool area.
Small flotation devices such as water wings, beach balls, noodles, and kickboards are allowed in the pool. Larger toys and other flotation devices are allowed only to the extent that they do not interfere with others’ enjoyment of the pool.
Smoking is prohibited in the pool area.
All persons are expected to wear suitable attire in the pool area, and to wear a wrap or robe and footwear when going to and from the pool area.
All persons are expected to shower prior to entering the swimming pool.
The furniture and equipment owned by the Association may not be removed from the facilities. Damage to furniture and other Association property shall be charged to the resident who is responsible. Wear and tear through normal usage is excluded.
Refrain from running, jumping and engaging in rough, loud or boisterous conduct.
Radios and stereo equipment may not be brought into or played in the facilities, except for radios, personal music players, or other similar equipment connected to a headset.
All refuse must be placed in the receptacles provided. Residents are asked to put furniture back in place and to pick up the area immediately after use. Residents are requested to help keep the facilities clean and orderly.
Management and/or the Association reserve the right to curtail any activity which is deemed to be excessive or inappropriate, and to order any part of the facilities be temporarily closed.
