The Association is comprised of: a Board of Directors who are resident homeowners and owners of the office unit; an Association Management Company (RowCal); and the remaining homeowners of townhome condominium units that make up Regency Parc.

We will diligently enforce and maintain the covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CCRs) that govern our community, ensuring compliance with architectural guidelines, maintenance standards, and landscaping requirements. By consistently upholding these standards, we aim to protect the investment of homeowners and maintain the overall attractiveness of our neighborhood.
We will work collaboratively with homeowners, office tenants, local authorities, the association’s management company, and other stakeholders to address common issues, explore innovative ideas, and implement sustainable solutions. By leveraging the collective knowledge, skills, and resources of our community, we believe we can achieve greater success and create a sense of pride and fulfillment for all. By collaborating and engaging with one another, we believe our community will strengthen and flourish.
Planning for the long-term sustainability of our community is of utmost importance to us. We will handle financial matters responsibly, ensuring sound management and transparent decision-making.
